At The Hope Apparel, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
If there is a problem with your order, you must report it within three days of receiving it. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please include a clear photo of the issue when contacting us.
Refunds will be processed within seven working days once the return is approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns for size issues or design errors submitted by the customer.
